I am cycling the Dragon Ride Cymru Classic on 14th June to raise funds for Alzheimer's Research UK. The ride starts and finishes at Margram Country Park in South Wales and is 99km with 1350 m of climbing, taking in the mighty Bwlch and Rhigos mountains in the Brecon Beacons and also Cimla hill in Neath because, Every 3 minutes dementia steals a happily ever after. Research is our only chance of changing the ending for people affected by dementia.
