My story

Before I stood tall, proud: Strong, In Control, Unbreakable. I never rested, and thought being low meant failure. I had never shown any symptoms always active playing sport then the words came: “Prostate cancer.” In a moment, everything fell now I was laid low, humbled, and stripped of it all.

⚡ AFTER

Hospitals, surgery, hard days, and side effects. I couldn’t manage alone. My old titles meant nothing. Being told I was cancer free, I learned: my value wasn’t in strength or status. Asking for help wasn’t weakness—it was survival. Love and support were what really held me up. I stopped fighting and started healing.

🌱 NOW

Well again, but changed. I stand rooted, not towering. I value presence over success, quiet strength over pride. Titles don’t define me—being real does. I fell low to see what matters most, and rose again
