Andrew's fundraiser for Flint House Police Rehabilitation

Andrew Bleach is raising money for Flint House Police Rehabilitation
“Scotland Coast to Coast Rat Race”

on 13 September 2025

Flint House is a charity funded by donations from those in the police service and their families. It is with these generous donations that we help and heal over 3,000 serving and retired police officers each year, providing physical rehabilitation and mental health support.

Story

My uncle Adam and I are looking to raise money for the Flint House Rehabilitation Centre.

Their Charity’s vision is to deliver world class preventative and rehabilitative care for people in the police service. They also specialise in supporting officers who suffer with trauma and their mental health.

Flint House supported me and many others through physio therapy when I was injured on duty. Their funding comes solely from peoples donations, not government grants.

The Event

The event we're participating in is a Rat Race. Coast to Coast in Scotland - 13 - 14th of September 2025

This is a 100 mile coast to coast cycle, run, and kayak route past Cawdor castle, Loc Ness and the mountainous Glen Nevis and Glan Coe.

21 miles on foot

78 miles bike

1 mile kayak

Over 1 -2 days (we are doing the 2 day event).

This will be a personal challenge for me after not being able to train for a while. Please support as little or as big as you can. Thank you 😊
