Andrew's fundraiser for Little Lady Locks

Andrew Bristow is raising money for Little Lady Locks

Wearing a wig

The Charity objectives are to relieve the needs of children and young people up to the age of 18, who are suffering with hair loss due to alopecia or other hair loss conditions by the provision of wigs and hair systems including fitting and maintenance.

Story

I’ve been thinking of how I could help raise money for a fantastic charity, Little Lady Locks, which has become quite close to my heart over the last year.

I want to raise £5000 figure to sponsor 10 children and when we hit target, I will wear a professionally made and fitted hair system for a minimum of 6 months ( it will be glued on!!) .

It costs £500 to make a wig, so the £5000 will go towards creating 10 hair systems for children suffering from hair loss and I hope that you can help me sponsor them.

I’ll never ever forget the first time Ashley stood up and showed a video about the charity. It hit me quite hard seeing these kids suffering from hair loss, and my first thought was that the parents must feel so helpless too. So this doesn’t just help 4 children, it helps 4 families. 4 whole families lives will be made that little bit better from your generosity…..and you’ll get to giggle at me for 6 months too!

Here’s the link to my fundraising page and I hope you can dig deep or even just stretch yourself to a £1 donation. It all helps 🙏
