Story
Back in October I was diagnosed with stage 2 lymphoma and my world was shattered, over the past 20 weeks or so I’ve been receiving chemotherapy and am now undergoing preventive radiotherapy. Scans show that the cancer cells have been successfully removed with chemotherapy. In 2 short weeks I will be able to ‘ring the bell’ to officially end my time at clatterbridge, they along with my family and friends have helped me piece my life back together after the craziest 6 months. I owe clatterbridge my life and for that I’ll be forever grateful so the least I can do is abseil down a 331ft building and hopefully raise some money in the process. So if you could be so kind and donate to these wonderful men and women who save lives day in day out and do it all with a smile on their face.
I’ll be doing this on the 12th of July the date at the top is incorrect.
Also a little side note my sister Kimberley and brother Michael will also be joining me on the abseil, so if you’re free Saturday 12th of July come down to the cathedral for some free entertainment 😂
