This incredible local service provides compassionate care to patients and families across Chorley, Preston, and South Ribble who are facing life-shortening conditions such as cancer, motor neuron disease, and heart failure. St Catherine’s Hospice is dedicated to helping people live their best possible quality of life until the very end. Their specialized care extends beyond the hospice walls into patients’ own homes, ensuring that every individual and their loved ones receive the support they need to cherish meaningful moments together.
