Andrew's fundraiser for Friends of ANCHOR

Andrew Colman is raising money for Friends of ANCHOR

BRAVE at the P&J Live Aberdeen · 8 May 2025

We support people in the north of Scotland who are affected by cancer or a blood disorder. Working hand-in-glove with the NHS, we take care of the ‘big little things’, and we fund cutting-edge equipment and research. Every penny makes an impact as our operating costs are covered by Balmoral Group.

Story

Thanks looking at my JustGiving page.

I am going to be strutting my stuff for Friends of Anchor as a BRAVE model. I will be out of my comfort zone on the catwalk for two nights at the P&J Live in Aberdeen on the 8th and 9th May.

I hope to raise vital funds for those facing a cancer diagnosis, similar to my own experience over the last two years.

Every penny of your donation will go towards the charity’s mission to support cancer patients in the North East of Scotland - Friends of Anchor have invested millions in new medical equipment, pioneering research, and personal care and wellbeing for patients treatment and care.

I personally benefitted from this care and attention during my chemotherapy sessions, and wanted to do something as a way to thank the excellent team and give something back.

All of Friends of Anchors admin costs are covered by local company Balmoral Group, so you can rest assured that every penny of your donation will go towards the teams great work
