On 20 September, I will be taking part in the Teneo Peak District Edale Skyline Challenge to support Samaritans.

Teneo are proud to be supporting Samaritans, a charity set up with the primary focus of providing support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope or at risk of suicide throughout the UK and Ireland.

The Team will be hiking more than 21 miles, with a total climb in excess of 4,000 feet through some of the Peak District's most notable and challenging terrain.
