On the 5th of October my partner Sarah and myself will be running the Cardiff half marathon in loving memory of Sarah's mother Judith Morris.

Judith was a gentle, kind hearted and loving lady that showed strength, devotion and commitment to her son David, daughter sarah and husband Talf Morris.

In the short time that I knew Judith she truly made me feel welcome and part of the family. We loved spending time outside in her beautiful garden that she cherished many years of memories, giving her a space of peace and comfort when going through her hardest times.

Marie curie is our chosen charity because they helped our family look after Judith in her final weeks. They came to see her every day and they also stayed the night and watched over her. Marie curie understand, care and support patients and families fighting Cancer and we couldn't get over how incredible their services are.

Please know that what ever you donate today will keep on helping families like ours. Giving them the care and support they need to look after our loved ones fighting Cancer.
