I am very excited, and a little nervous to take on this cycle challenge in my 60th year!

I'll be raising money for a great charity Barnardo's, who help thousands of young people and their families across the UK. I have always enjoyed cycling but never attempted a long distance ride like this before.

The Path to Paris cycle challenge will be a gruelling four days in the saddle, with the responsibility of completing the final leg of Allianz's year long fundraising relay from Glasgow to Paris, raising £100,000 overall.
