Alison was always a great supporter of my triathlon hobby, following me to events at home and abroad. When Alison got sick I said that I would cancel the Celtman but she insisted that I still do it.

Knowing that I have to do a run or a cycle or a swim has forced me to keep moving on days when I don’t feel like doing anything. I want to do this event in her memory.

Alison’s final weeks were made more comfortable by the incredible work and support of the Hospice staff. The Hospice team continues to support my boys and me. It would be nice to give something back.
