Story
This isn’t just a bike ride — it’s a journey of remembrance, resilience, and support for Armed Forces veterans and their families, who have sacrificed so much to protect our freedom and safety.
Over two days, I’ll be cycling from the Royal British Veterans Enterprise (RBVE) village in Aylesford, Kent, to Ypres, Belgium. Along with 40 other riders, we’ll travel through the battlefields of Northern France and Belgium, stopping at Tyne Cot and Langemark cemeteries to honour those who gave their lives defending freedom in Britain and across Europe. The ride finishes at the Menin Gate, where we’ll attend the Last Post ceremony.
Royal British Veterans Enterprise supports veterans and their families by providing homes, jobs and essential care, including help for those living with serious injuries, PTSD, and the long-term effects of military service.
Their work changes lives by helping veterans, their families, and people with disabilities to live independently and build their own secure futures.
ANY donation, large or small, will directly support those who have given so much.
