Story

Thank you for spending time to read this fundraising page!

My father was rushed to hospital in May and was diagnosed with TTP. This is an extremely rare and dangerous blood condition which is regularly misdiagnosed.

Thanks to the exceptional staff at the Royal Surrey County Hospital and University College London Hospital, his life was saved after a 4 week battle in hospital.

Most people have never heard of TTP and are unaware of the symptoms. Thankfully my father is on the recovery from TTP, but many are not as lucky as we have been.

To raise awareness myself and some colleagues from work will be conducting a 10 mile speed march carrying 40lbs in 1 hour 50 minutes or less on the 30th of November 2024.

Please donate if you can but if not please read up on the symptoms of TTP and ensure awareness! Thank you.
