Dear Friends everywhere...

In the year of my 60th birthday, i want to raise funds to help tackle Dementia and Alzheimers' my own dad Bill - pictured - dying of this horrible illness in 2016.....I'm running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Dementia UK, in April, followed by half-marathon's in Edinburgh - May, Belfast - September, and finally Cardiff in October.
