Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page. As a trustee of The CiaO Foundation, I am proud to be participating in our Sponsored Walk & Wheelchair Challenge on 4 October 2026. This event is to raise vital funds for our grants to those facing up to challenges resulting from physical and or mental disabilities.

Our focus is on supporting those like the Weir Archer Academy, where expert coaching and training empower wheelchair athletes to reach their highest potential. The academy, led by David Weir *( 6 x Olympic Gold medals) and Jenny Archer provide an inspiring environment for disabled athletes to compete at elite levels.

On the day of the event, I will be walking 15 miles along the River Thames and up into the Chiltern Hills north of Henley. Meanwhile, wheelchair athletes and our previous grant recipients will take on a similar challenge at the Little Marlow athletics track.

Your sponsorship will directly contribute to sustaining these life-changing opportunities and help many more individuals overcome their challenges through sport or other means .
