Story
On Sunday 29th September, “Team Hussey”, captained by myself, will lace up their walking boots and walk the Test Way, raising funds for The Brain Tumour Charity and The Rotary Club of Romsey Test (supporting local charities).
A little bit about The Brain Tumour Charity:
The Brain Tumour Charity is the world’s leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally.
They are committed to saving and improving lives, moving further and faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour. They are set on finding new treatments, offering the highest level of support and driving urgent change.
This charity is close to my heart after a family bereavement.
A bit about the walk:
The Rotary Club of Romsey Test are proud host of 'Walk the Test Way', their annual fundraiser. Launched in 2003, since they have raised over £1M for charities.
The complete walk is 25.5 miles and this can be completed at a leisurely pace throughout the day, taking in the glorious sights and scenery as well of being part of a great charitable community.
Your support, large or small, is appreciated.
