Children's charity, Action Medical Research is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children’s lives through medical research.

For 70 years Action has helped pioneer ways to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people.

Action's research has helped to beat polio in the UK, develop ultrasound, fight meningitis and prevent stillbirths.

May 30th, I will be riding the Garmin Ride Out together with my parents Michelle and Nick. Getting them back on their bikes and joining them to go further than before, all in the name of a great cause.
