For the avoidance of doubt, I have already paid in full out of my own pocket for the cost of the travel to Cornwall, as well as my accommodation and all other trip expenses, so EVERYTHING that you kindly donate goes straight to the Starr Trust Charity.

In September 2024 I am taking on a double challenge. On Sunday 1st I am attempting my first ever Olympic-length Triathlon - 1.5km swim, 40km cycle and 10km run.

Assuming I survive (which is quite possible as I have been having swimming lessons), then just four days later I am traveling down to Cornwall with the most amazing group of people I've ever met - who share a love of cycling but also of the fantastic Starr Trust Charity.

We will be attempting to cycle back to Brighton - in just 3 days! I take these challenges pretty seriously, as I'm not getting any younger and they are seriously tough, but the work that the Trust do with young people inspires me to keep going. I've met some of the young people who have benefited from their work, so I know they would be massively grateful for anything you could spare:
