In May after a very short illness we lost our beautiful daughter to cancer. Lily was an amazing young woman who we adored and the most selfless person you could meet. She liked the simple things in life and never let her illness get her down even when she was in hospital. If we had half of Lilys attributes towards life then me and Jen would be 100% better people.

Claire house helped Lily throughout her stay in hospital and arranged everything for Lily to spend her last few days at home which Lily wanted.

So on the 6th July me and Jen and some friends are doing the Wirral Coastal Path walk arranged by Claire House to give something back to them for all they have done for us as a family and their continued support.

Finally we are doing this for Lily as we were so proud of her fundraising in the past and want Lily to be just as proud of us as we were towards her.

We hold you in our hearts Lily we miss you so much and will never forget you and you’ve made us better people already xx💔
