I'm taking on the Glasgow Kiltwalk to raise money for Dates-n-Mates West of Scotland! 🥾❤️

Dates-n-Mates is all about friendship, love, and good times for adults with learning disabilities. Did you know that up to 35% of adults with learning disabilities feel socially isolated most or all of the time, compared to just 6% of the general population? And 48% haven’t had access to tailored relationships and sex education. That’s why Dates-n-Mates' work is so important!

In 2024, they supported over 200 members in the West of Scotland to build friendships, feel confident, and even start relationships. With your help, we can make an even bigger impact in 2025!

Every penny raised will go toward essential services that bring people together and help love and friendship thrive. Whether it’s a fun social event, life skills workshops, or just creating a warm, welcoming space.
