Having lost a sister and sister-in-law to cancer, and with friends and family who have experienced similar, I’m joining up with some fine blokes to put our best feet forward and support the incredible work done by cancer charities and palliative care professionals.

Chris, Carl, Dave, Danny, Tommo and myself will be taking on the Beat the Coast 21 mile challenge in the Gower Peninsula on the 5th September 2026.

Marie Curie is a UK charity helping those with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. They bring 75 years of experience and leading research to the care provided at home, in hospices and over the phone. And they push for a better end of life for all by campaigning and sharing research to change the system.
