Me, Sarah and Andy are going to run 100km in February for the Epilepsy Society. Our best friend Alex (Andys Wife) was diagnosed with epilepsy over 10 years ago and this impacts her life every day. She is waiting for brain surgery in March and we thought now was the best time to raise awareness and money for the Epilepsy society whilst also showing her how much we love and support her!

We are all going to find time between working and being parents to run 100km throughout the month of February and hopefully end with the 5km Park run on Saturday 28th at Longford Park. If anyone would like to join us for this or come down and support us then please do!
