Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

*******We are back on Fundraising for St Teresa's  in memory of Gill Raw********

Last year our charity ride raised over £11,000. Collectively so far Gill's Family and friends have raised over £20,000 through various charity events. We continue to attempt to raise the funds to cover the cost of Gill's care during the 4 weeks she was at St Teresa's before she passed.

If we can hit £30,000 this year we would be over the moon. Gills family and friends continue to be committed to supporting St Teresa's beyond raising the cost of her care and are grateful for all donations and support.

This Year we are doing it slightly differently.  We have had a £300 cash prize.  Donated from Roxy's Cycling Boutique (AKA Andy)

So we are cycling from Edinburgh starting at Waverley Train Station -Darlington at St Teresa's Hospice. Approximately 230 miles. We are starting on Sunday 14th July traveling by train to Edinburgh and Finishing on Wednesday 17th July at St Teresas.

This year's riders are Andy Raw, Pete Clark, John Marshall, Charlie Copeland, Gav Hall, Paul Elstopp and this year's support driver is Paul Middleton.

We still have a Justgiving page but for every £5 a person donates gives them 1 entry into a Prize draw to win the £300 cash prize.  This means that St Teresa's is still getting 100% of all donations and sponsorships but also anyone who donates has a chance to win £300.

£5 donation= 1 entry

£10 donation=2 entries

£15 donation= 3 entry and so on.

We will stop accepting donations /entries on Wednesday 31st July and will draw a winner on Thursday 1st August.
