This one is for Dad, who passed away on 10th February 2026. He was a firm supporter of the Archer Project and loved the Christmas Carol service every year.

Once again I am running the Sheffield Half Marathon for the Archer Project.

They work with homeless people in Sheffield to give them a better opportunities in life. Their basic services include 1-1 support and signposting, provision of in-house nurse and dental clinics, and access to hot food and showers. They run a programme of activities to help people learn skills and enjoy new experiences and gain accreditation. They also offer a structured volunteer programme to help people to grow their confidence and increase their employability.
