On the 13th September I will be taking part in my 25th Great North Run in Newcastle, my 26th if you include the virtual one I did in 2020 due to Covid19. That's every run since 2001!

As usual my son's Gareth and Greg will be joining me for the start of the run but will be well ahead of me for the finish in South Shields.

We will again be raising money for Prostate Cancer UK, as we have tried to do since the start in 2001. Prostate Cancer is still one of the biggest cancers for men in the UK. 1 in 8 of us will be diagnosed with it in the UK.

Please help us to raise funds and our spirits as we run.
