The reason for me raising money for this great charity is that Mind is a charity that is very close to my heart and gives fantastic support and help to so many other people in the UK so i feel i need to support them and raise money to help them continue the great work they do .

Me personally in the past i have not wanted to talk and being a man i thought i would be alright tomorrow and carried on as we do until my wife saw what was happening to me and told me to get help and to go and and see someone . So after me saying i am ok as we do i did listen i cancelled a business trip and then i spoke to someone and its ok to admit things get on top sometimes and you would be surprised how many people do need help and there is nothing wrong with it in fact its quite normal. We sometimes need to rest and brain in our busy lives and talk and eventually from being in a dark dark tunnel with no way out i could see a light and a bright way out.

I know we get asked all the time to give to a charity and there are so many good charities out there but if you can spare a couple of pounds then this will go a long way to help Mind help so many other people in the UK.

People who know might be surprised that i am 50 this month but i had a silly idea to run 50km in my birthday year so on the 15th September i am taking part in Thames Path Challenge for MIND so if you can help then that would be fantastic and thank you for reading this and remember its always good to talk .
