We are raising funds at William Turner for our nominated charity in 2023 Magic Breakfast by aiming to complete the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge , 24.5 miles , 1600 mt of ascent in under 12 hours , Andy , Karen , John @ Danielle are in training & hope to get other staff to also join.

As the cost of living continues to rise, statistics on hunger and food insecurity are becoming increasingly alarming. The latest Food Insecurity Tracker from the Food Foundation has found that 4 million children are at risk of starting their day hungry. This threatens the health, well-being, and contribution of a whole generation. For just 28p Magic Breakfast can give a can give a child a nutritious breakfast at school as well as wrap-around support.

At William Turner our customers are School Children so we cannot think of any better charity to support.

For those who sponsored us before the original date of the 22nd July we had to postpone due to the weather forecast , the park rangers advised us that the weather was going to be that bad that unless we are very experienced map rangers there is a real chance of getting lost - we live to fight another date!
