Story
For over 30 years the Wild Goose has helped thousands of people in Bristol who are homeless or in need. They provide a hot meal, fresh laundry, a shower, support and advice, to all who come through their doors. This is just one element of the work undertaken by the charity inHope.
Homelessness continues to be a major challenge for the city, exacerbated by the impact of Covid-19 and the cost-of-living crisis. Sadly, the need is greater now than it has ever been.
In October at our AGM, and just 3 days after the Sleepout, I stand down as Trustee and Chair of inHope, a role I've had for the last 15 years (7 as Chair). This will therefore be the last time that I take part in the Sleepout. Please contribute generously if you can - every pound will make a difference to some of the most vulnerable people in our city.
Many thanks, AS
