Story
1 month today I'll be running the London Marathon for Asthma and Lung UK. It's been 5 years since I last ran the London Marathon, and by this time in training 5 years ago I'd collapsed during a run and spent two nights in hospital! Fortunately, it's going significantly better this time.
My friend, Dave, sadly lost his battle with Lung Cancer on the 11th February 2024, and it's been a really awful time for everyone close to him. The way he fought over the last year has been nothing short of inspiring, and I am so proud to have been close with him.
Would appreciate any support for this fantastic charity over the next few weeks.

1 in 5 of us will have a lung condition during our lifetime. There's a new diagnosis every minute.
Sadly, a very good friend of mine has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. It’s left us all absolutely devastated. We’re both at the same point in life with young families, and I can’t even begin to imagine what he’s gone through over the last year. He continues to fight bravely day in, day out - not letting it get him down, and spending as much time as possible with those he loves.
I’m running the London Marathon in 2024 to raise money for Asthma and Lung UK.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
