In April 2025, my brother David and I will be running the London Marathon to support the incredible work of Wigan and Leigh Hospice. Alongside the marathon, we have been and are still taking on various events throughout to raise as much as possible for this amazing cause.

I recently completed the Valencia Marathon in 3:46, and David has tackled multiple fitness challenges, including two half marathons. Together, we’ll continue adding to our event calendar over the coming months to stay on track and push our limits.

Our Nan, who we sadly lost last March, didn’t need hospice care, but she was the inspiration behind our fitness journeys. Her strength motivated me to make a lifestyle change after she passed, and David soon joined me. With guidance from Tyler at Physique Academy, we’ve collectively lost over 45kg and transformed our lives. Running the London Marathon is not just about our fitness progress; it’s a way to honour her memory and give back to a charity that provides invaluable support to families during life’s toughest moments.

As two proud lads from Wigan, we hope to represent our community and raise as much as we can to help Wigan and Leigh Hospice continue its vital work. Any donation you can give would mean the world to us and help make a real difference.
