I suffered a heart attack when only aged 55. (I am now 70). I thought I was fit healthy played a lot sport, healthy diet, not over weight but was a social smoker, so it was a devastating for me to be carted off blue light, being rushed to hospital to have two stents fitted at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. Four days later discharged on medication for life.

I have decided to end it all.....................I am going to throw myself off the Forth railway bridge................hooray I hear you say (close friend 🤣lol).

At the age of 70 and seeking some fun...So I have decided to Abseil off the Forth rail bridge........
