About 7 years ago still struggling with my anxiety & depression I started running & became aware of HEADS ON.

HEADS ON is a charity which promotes the benefits of running in fighting mental health. It also provides running sessions in a friendly, non-judgemental environment every week.

In April 2026 I have the opportunity to give back to HEADS ON for their amazing support by running the London Marathon to raise funds & awareness for them.
