Our dogs help motivate us to get out and move - which is great for our physical and mental health!

I am joining South Kent Mind on Saturday 12th October at 10:30am for a scenic walk along Deal Promenade to celebrate the important role our dogs play in our lives, and to raise vital funds for your local mental health charity.
