Jasmine's Legacy of Dreams charity was the concept of Jasmine Moseley, who was diagnosed with leukaemia in October 2019. She underwent significant treatment including chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant but sadly, despite a fierce and strong fight, she passed away in January 2021 aged just 19.

Jasmine was a strong but extremely caring and loving young woman and was always offering help and support to anyone who needed it. During her treatment, she met numerous other teenagers and young adults who were undergoing cancer treatment and it was her wish to set up a charity to support teenagers and young adults diagnosed with cancer who are going through such a traumatic and difficult time, with their lives placed on hold and in the balance of survival. Jasmine's Mum and Dad, Debbie and Andrew Moseley, set up the charity in memory of Jasmine.

The charity’s objective is to help those teenagers and young adults maintain their essential mental health and wellbeing whilst being treated for cancer as well as delivering physical, practical and relief of need support to them at what is a most critical and upsetting period when they are at their most vulnerable and isolated.

The charity provides funding and grants for a wide range of activities, events, provision of games and equipment as well as supporting the maintenance of close family ties whilst individuals are undergoing inpatient treatment.

Jasmine was loved by all who met her and made many friends over the years through being kind and fun loving. Her smile lit up a room and her laughter was totally infectious. She is missed by many but the charity Jasmine’s Legacy of Dreams means that her memory and wishes to help others will always live on.

Andrew (Jasmine's Dad) and her wonderful Auntie, Gail Hill are performing a tandem skydive to raise funds for this wonderful charity, which really does make a difference in supporting teeangers and young adults with cancer.
