We're Moving in March for York Mind to help them provide much needed services for people in and around York with mental health difficulties.

Although York Mind are affiliated with Mind nationally, York Mind itself is an independently run local charity and financially separate from National Mind. This means any money raised through fundraising will stay in the local area.

York Mind exists in order to promote recovery from mental ill-health, emotional well-being and independent living. They offer various services including counselling, adult coaching, young people's drop in sessions and Yormind, a website specifically designed to support young people in York - plus much more!
