I'm doing a 100k cycle in November to raise money for Spear Islington.

My target is £5000 because my employer generously double matches donations up to £10000. So if I can raise £5000 then £15000 will go to charity!!!

The award-winning Spear Programme is an interactive 6-week coaching programme that helps young people facing barriers to work build the skills and confidence they need to get into long-term education or employment, followed by a year of ongoing coaching support. It’s highly effective: over 75% of young people who complete the Spear Programme are still in work or education a year later, and the programme has been recognised by the Department for Work and Pensions as the most effective programme of its kind in getting young people back into work.

This 100k cycle will be a huge challenge for me because I am very unfit and I hope in return for hours of struggle you can help me raise money for a great cause.
