The war in Ukraine continues to have a devastating impact on the population of this peaceful and beautiful nation. Lives and families are being torn apart in this brutal conflict and those who survive often face life changing injuries. This is where the amazing work of Superheroes Ukraine comes in to help people overcome these awful injuries and support them through their rehabilitation.

As many of you will know I have a personal connection to Ukraine and having travelled there a number of times I have witnessed first hand how how warm, welcoming and friendly they are as a nation and how they do not deserve this terrible suffering.

To raise some much needed money for this charity I will be hiking from my home town of Bournemouth to a small village on Exmoor called Selworthy where my parents now call home...a whopping distance of 160km! Spanning three days i will put my all into this journey to justify any donations received.
