In September, I'll be walking Hadrian's Wall in memory of my wonderful Dad, Arthur, who sadly passed away in 2025 after being diagnosed with mesothelioma.

Following Dad's diagnosis in December 2024, we were introduced to the Readley Asbestos and Mesothelioma Support charity. Readley provides compassionate, holistic support to people living with mesothelioma and their families. Thanks to their incredible help, Dad was able to remain at home throughout his illness, where he was most comfortable. They also provided invaluable support to our family during an incredibly difficult time.

I'll begin my walk on Saturday 12th September at Bowness-on-Solway and finish on Friday 18th September in Wallsend, Dad's birthplace.

I'm hoping to raise as much as possible for this amazing charity so they can continue supporting other families facing mesothelioma. Any donation, no matter how small, would be hugely appreciated.
