I’m going sober from November 11th to January 11th and walking/running 50 miles in that period to raise awareness for one of my oldest and dearest friends wife Alison who is currently struggling with Glomerulonephritis which resulted in Alison collapsing in work and being hospitalised. Some of the affects are high blood pressure and the actual function of the kidney, so after speaking to Paul I thought I’d do my best to raise awareness and hopefully a bit of money towards the charity. I understand times are hard and Christmas is close but if you could even spare a £1 I would be so grateful 🧡🖤
