From the 5th to 7th of June we'll be cycling 240 miles / 385 km from Ullapool to Aberdeen as part of Coast to Coast 17.

We're riding in support of Instant Neighbour Aberdeen. An amazing charity that has supported communities in Aberdeen city and shire for almost 40 years.

In 2025, Instant Neighbour delivered 8,700 emergency food parcels each containing 2 to 3 days worth of food. They also upcycle and reuse furniture to provide people on low incomes access to low cost furnishings and white goods

The demand for these services is increasing as the cost of living continues to bite. The work that Instant Neighbour does has a huge impact on the families they support.
