I have chosen to take part in 10YFan 2026 to raise much needed funds for Cardiff & Vale Health Charity, the official charity of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.

In 2023 my wife needed neurosurgery and care from the fantastic Neurosurgical team and T4N ward at UHW in C&V UHB. In way of our thanks I want to help raise funds for the UHB's Health charity.

Your support will have a direct impact to all the patients, staff and the community we service across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
