On 11 October, despite the ongoing war, Kyiv will once again host the Kyiv Unbroken Marathon. I'll be travelling from London to run it in solidarity with the people of Ukraine.

The fact that, even in such difficult circumstances, the marathon continues is incredibly inspiring. I wanted to do more than simply take part, so I'm using this challenge to raise money for CAFUKR, who work with a partner charity in Brovary, just outside Kyiv, to provide practical support to those who need it most.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help provide essential supplies including first aid kits, tourniquets, medicines (including children's medicines), bedding for displaced families, baby nappies and women's hygiene products.
