I am taking part in the 2025 LLHM Corporate Challenge as part of Team Kainos, who this year are raising money for Tommy's.

Tommy's fund research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth, and provide pregnancy health information to parents.

Having had personal experience with a miscarriage in the last year, I can speak to the impact that such tragic news can have. It is so important that people have access to information, support and guidance they need, and the difference that funding research in this area could make.

To give you an idea of what your donation could help towards:

- £10 could buy a thermometer to help doctors at the Tommy's miscarriage research centre predict ovulation.

- £100 could pay for a blood pressure monitor at the Tommy's miscarriage research centre.

- £350 could fund a Tommy's midwife for a day on our pregnancy line giving specialist pregnancy advice and support.
