I never intended to get into running but, one summers day in 2022, I decided to go for a run and from then on I have continued to run every week……I then applied to run in the London marathon and, unexpectedly got a place to run the race. This made me think this whole journey, for me, feels like this is meant to be……..

As a result I would like to take this unique opportunity to raise money for Cancer research. Regrettably I have family who have sadly passed away from this horrible disease and know people who have/are battling it. If the money I raise helps saves someone’s life or gives a family more time with a loved one suffering with the disease, then all my efforts and dedication in participating will be worth it.
