We are an international group of 6 veteran long distance swimmer who aim to break the Guinness World Record for the oldest mixed relay team to swim the English Channel, Our average age is 76+ years.

We are Andy Nation from England, Don Riddington from Australia, Christine Pitman from England, Sarah Edwards Dunstan from USA, Chris Carter from England, and Ellery McGowan from Australia.

In taking on this challenge we have chosen to support the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, a charity that provides a free life-saving service that is operational 24/7 by helicopters during daylight and by rapid response vehicles in the hours of darkness.

Their aim is to save lives, reduce or prevent disability, or suffering from critical illness and injury, by delivering a first class pre-hospital emergency medical service to the people of Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

They exist because of generous people like you who donate through mad people like us who understand the value and importance or their work.
