Last year I took on a personal challenge to walk 8 miles to raise money for Derby County Community Trust (DCCT).

This year I'm taking on a much shorter distance, but one that could prove equally as challenging.

I'm going to be taking part in a firewalk!

It's in aid of a really great cause - DCCT has provided particular support to me as a man who has struggled with his mental health, and as a dad.

Beyond that they offer programmes to support the whole community - using sport to bring people together.
