💙 Fundraising for Children with Cancer UK – In Memory of My Dad, Andrew Page Snr.
On 29th April, I’ll be taking on something I never thought I’d do — HYROX Cardiff — in memory of my late father, Andrew Page Snr.
Me and my family lost Dad six years ago to terminal cancer. It changed our world forever. At his funeral, every donation was made to Children with Cancer UK, a charity Dad supported passionately. I’ll never forget his words:
“No human should go through this… especially no child.”
Those words have stayed with me ever since.
So this year, I’ve decided it’s time to honour him properly. I’ve been pushing myself through some of the hardest training I’ve ever done, preparing for my first-ever HYROX race. It’s completely outside my comfort zone — but if Dad could go through what he did with strength and dignity, then I can do this for him.
My goal is to raise as much money as possible for Children with Cancer UK, helping to fund life-saving research and support for families who are facing the unthinkable.
If you’re able to donate — no matter how big or small — it would mean the world to me and my family, and it would continue Dad’s legacy of helping the charity.
Thank you so much for your support. 💙
