This September, the HAILO Ops team is taking on the One YMCA 140 Challenge to mark the charity's 140th anniversary.

One YMCA supports vulnerable people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire through supported housing, domestic abuse services, youth programmes, family support, education, community hubs and mental health counselling. Every year, they support more than 150,000 people.

The challenge connects the 140km distance between Watford, Bedford and High Wycombe with a £140 fundraising target for each participant.

£420 could help fund:

an overnight residential place for 10 young people

training for five youth mentors

a mobile phone and SIM for someone escaping domestic abuse

a workshop helping parents support young people in the digital world

Pedro, Dennis and Andy from HAILO Ops will each be completing 140km throughout September, with a team fundraising target of £420.
