Steph was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2019. Throughout her journey she has left most of us in awe with her courage and bravery. Her determination has inspired us all.

In 2024 we found out that she is approaching the end of that journey.

Several of us have formed a mini running team to take part in events on the 8th September - Team Stephanie - to use her inspiration to help others diagnosed with this most devastating of diseases.

Tony Kornas, Jonathan Ellis and Andy Stringer will take on the hills of the Great North Run.

Emma Helbren will be running at the Beverley Park Run.

Maggie Gould will be running the Horspath Park Run in Oxford.

Miriam Berry, Joanne Stringer, Cathy Richardson, Kim Louise, Vanessa Miller, Tom Asquith, Steve Asquith and Pauline Clark will be running at Edgbaston Reservoir.
