On the 4th of July, I'm taking on the Ultra Peaks 100km and I need your help.

I've signed up to complete 100km through the Peak District in under 24 hours. That's the equivalent of more than two and a half marathons, back to back, through some of the toughest terrain the UK has to offer and doing every single step for Dementia UK.

Like so many families, mine has been touched by dementia. Dementia UK provide specialist dementia nurses who offer life-changing support to families facing one of the most difficult journeys imaginable. Every pound raised helps keep that support going.
